Policies

 

  • Health Guarantee

    • The Seller guarantees that the crested gecko(s) sold are in good health for their appropriate age. In the unfortunate event that a gecko arrives dead or in poor health, the Buyer must confirm death within 1 hour of delivery or confirm illness within 7 days through photo/video proof.

  • Live Arrival Guarantee

    • The Seller guarantees live arrival of the gecko(s). In the event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival), the Buyer must provide clear photos of the deceased gecko within 1 hour of delivery.

  • Loss of Tail

    • The Seller specifies that the loss of the gecko's tail prior to shipping or in transit will not result in a refund or discount, as this is not considered a sign of poor health.

  • Payment and Invoices

    • The Buyer agrees to pay the specified amount for the crested gecko(s) as detailed in the invoice provided by the Seller. Payment must be made in full before shipping.

  • Shipping

    • The Seller will ship the gecko(s) to the address provided by the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping information. In case of any shipping issues, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 24 hours of receipt.

  • ​Communication

    • The Buyer and Seller agree to maintain open and timely communication regarding the health and well-being of the gecko(s) during the initial days following arrival.

  • Refund/Replacement

    • If a gecko is confirmed dead within the specified timeframe, the Seller will provide either a refund or a replacement gecko of equal value. No refunds or replacements will be given if the loss is due to factors beyond the Seller's control once the gecko has been in the Buyer's care.
